Televangelism

About

Televangelism - but not in the literal sense. This walkable and interactable experience is in reference to the song "Televangelism" by Ethel Cain on her conceptional album "Preacher's Daughter". 

The album tells the story of Ethel Cain, the daughter of a preacher, who runs away from home only to meet a gruesome end at the hands of a cannibalistic psychopath, who she thought to be her new lover.  It heavily touches on the themes of intergenerational and religious trauma.

The 11th song on the album called "Televangelism" takes part in the story right as Ethel meets her early demise and her soul slowly ascends to heaven.
