PSX Style - 1890s Southern House Pack

About

This asset pack holds 160 game ready assets and 54 handdrawn textures for a 1890s southern house in a retro PSX style. The package contains heavily used and somewhat dirty furniture, as well as higher class decorations and clutter objects. All walls, floors and other structural items are modular.

This is my first asset pack of this kind, so it was very much a learning progress (:

Important

The .zip includes the .blend file, FBX in both clusters and single objects, textures and a Unity Package for convenience. I worked with a lot of planes, to keep the face-count low and stay within a specific style. Therefore, all assets be found in a double-faced (4,784 faces) and single-faced (4,164 faces) version. (The double faced version is used as the standard.) 

If you are using Unity, the grid size needs to be set to 0.75 in order for the modular pieces to align correctly, I would also advice to use the existing prefabs as they're already set up with colliders and point lights.

Sources

Though all textures are handdrawn, I used some free third party assets for background textures, like wood, metal or things like floral patterns. 

A ReadMe with all relevant links of the modified textures and photos will be included, for proper crediting of the creators or sites.
